How do I receive my items after purchase? ▾
  1. Message us via live chat with your order number and email address.
  2. Once your order is ready, we’ll add you in Roblox.
  3. We’ll join the Adopt Me together and deliver your items through the in-game trading system.

    4. It’s a quick and easy process to ensure you get your pets securely!

How long does delivery take? ▾

Delivery time is instant and can take up to 2 days. However, most of the time, we deliver within around an hour.
